Mattress Firm Johnstown

Our shopping experience there was very delightful. They gave us time to look around to make our decision The many people there in the future. Your memorial Day sale helped us out a lot with affordability and we will recommend anyone to go to Johnstown to for a mattress that we know in the future. Excellent customer service and Ash was an excellent salesperson

Ash was a fantastic sales person. Did not push us, let us ask questions and describe our health problems and showed us different mattresses from low end to high end. Would definitely recommend.

Jan 20th update, Mattress is finally on its way. This store was able to fix the problems and it cost them. I'm not happy about it. No local direct store should have to pay out any expense on what the call center reps promised. I really hope someone bigger than me can make sure any sale profits get to this location. The call center is a joke, and has zero responsibility. They just push you out to your nearest location and its not a good look. I will do whatever I can to make sure Jerry, Craig, and the IRL Ash get my business directly. Jerry was great getting the info to Craig the manager and he was able to finally track down my bed. It will be here tomorrow. ***To make clear I had no idea Ash at the physical location even existed. The Ash I'm complaining about works at the call center and is most definitely a man.*** Dec 10th I ordered a $5k Saturn's and Foster mattress. Delivery ppl texted and showed up on time. They took my mattress out set them in the snow and mud. Brought this new mattress in and while delivering it the "plastic broke" and the new mattress was dirty. Looks like dirt and cheeto dust. Supervisor for delivery ppl was called. Said exchange would take place with in 2 weeks. I reached out to the sales office the same day and they said it wouldn't be a problem to upgrade the mattress for an additional $1k and I could keep the same delivery date. They have not delivery it and its now January 16th. I did get an email the 14th in my spam box to deliver it and i did responded to have it delivered but no text like the first time. And still no mattress. I told them text or phone is best. I've left 4+ matt, jerry, ash, Tyler, Aida and didnt get the names of the other 2 people that took my info for the district Supervisor to call me back over the last 3 weeks and not one call. It's been over 30day paying over $6k for a bed. Do I report it as fraud? I have sent emails with no response. This seems like a scam.

My wife and I stopped by Mattress Firm in Johnstown today. Jerry was absolutely the best in helping us find a new Mattress. He listened to our needs and answered all of questions. He was super nice and made buying a new mattress SUPER easy! He also let us try over a dozen different models and was very informative about all the products in the store. I would recommend Jerry if you're in the market!!!!!

Updated review...I finally got resolution for my problem. Turns out there was some staff turnover and that is what took so long. I still would not recommend buying a headboard or frame but the mattress experience was fantastic! We love our new mattress. We also got a deal on the purple pillows which I love...totally worth it.
