Ashley Store

Buying furniture on Maui is difficult due to shipping and costs. Ashley had most of what I needed to furnish my home and at reasonable prices. The sales associate, Lei was incredibly helpful and had great recommendations! Thank you, Lei!

Lei was really nice and had cared about how furniture went with other pieces and wanted to provide value in reccomdations etc and wasn't too pushy but would be very attentive if requested. The showroom is great and open and nice and clean and even the bathroom was spotless. Nice place thanks again

UPDATE: I received a call from a Manager who took the time to call and talk to me about my post. Let's just say... I appreciated his calling to discuss my experience with the store, and that has made me change my stars from a 2 to a 5. He was excellent! Original post: I was a little upset when I walked in as there was no greeting from anyone, and I did see anyone on the sales floor. I walked around for a few minutes to find the dining set I saw online. When I couldn't find it, I had to find a sales representative to help me. I was ready to walk out and not ask or even make a purchase because of the not so welcoming feeling I got. It seemed as though the store didn't need any sales. That's when I saw Lei Ahyou, she was very nice and helpful. I should her the set that I wanted online only to find out that the website I was on had no connection to the store here on Maui. I was so upset, but she said she could show me a photo of what she had at her warehouse for a little higher price than the one I wanted. I was okay with her suggestion and making the purchase. I will be getting the set delivered 4 days after my purchase. That's super fast and nice for me. My suggestion is to have a ringer when the door opens and someone should always welcome customer's in, even if they are just there to look around. You never know when a window shopper will turn into a purchase. You may be losing business because of this, I was heading to exit and decided to approach the sales representative, which should be the other way around. I give Lei 5 stars, not the store.

Lei at Ashley Maui is always so pleasant and helpful. She took the time to learn our situation and made sure we walked out with everything we needed and desired. Kudos to the Maui Ashley team!

Lei at Ashley furniture on maui was amazing very friendly, helpful and professional. Lei showed us lots of Aloha. We showed her pictures of our living room and how much space we was working with, she narrowed it down to a few options and boom just like that we found what we was looking for. Awesome job. 5 stars 🌟 all around. I highly recommend working with Lei.
