We decided to stop in at Slumber World to check out bed frame and mattress. It was quite busy but we browsed through the mattress area until an associate was able to help us, which wasn’t a long wait and she was ready to help us. She was very polite, friendly and cared about meeting my son’s needs for a mattress that he was satisfied with. Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner, thank you
View on GoogleI had a great experience with Mike at Slumber World. I had a lot of questions and tried several beds, and he was patient, knowledgeable and never made me feel rushed. He really listened to what I was looking for and helpedvme find a bed I wouldn’t have normally considered, but it turned out to be perfect. Highly recommend working with him!
View on GoogleWe always love walking in and seeing Mr. Michael. He’s such a big help and such a great salesman and always gives the best expertise service. Thank you Ashley 🌺 furniture for hiring the best people to be a part of your team.
View on GoogleHorrible service. Went in to purchase a full size mattress. We were sold and charged for a cal king and they didn’t even have any full size in stock. My husband ran around for two days during the work week because they have no idea what they are doing. Said the warehouse closes at 4:30 when they close at 4. My husband had to go to the warehouse 3 times!!! And never ended up with the correct matress!!!! And of course the sales person wants to be absolutely rude about it!!! Making him sit and wait for an hour before they even addressed the issue!!!!
