Very pleased with James!! He was very active in helping us find the right lamps for our living room. See attached photo. He was so caring about how your furniture would fit our home, how comfortable it was to us, and cost to fit our budget! Exemplary customer service!! We may come back and buy living room furniture. He was very understanding, professional!!!

Buying process was fine, not superior service but easy enough for me to find what I was looking for. Thought it was strange though that they automatically started throwing discounts at me left and right without me asking. Found out why. Went in to order in January and they said the item was back ordered. No big deal, delivery date was March 11th. No call no show on delivery. Called to see why, and apparently there was several changes in drivers and there was not a driver assigned to my order. A case was opened and I was assured my order would be delivered April 1st. Called today to double check on my order. They sold my set and now it is again on back order. Now they’re telling me they want to change the delivery date to June? No thank you! Asked to receive a refund, and wouldn’t you know it, apparently another system error. Now we can’t get a refund for another 4 days at the earliest. The customer service agent said she would create a ticket so the items were not delivered. I couldn’t help but laugh and ask what that’s going to change? My items weren’t getting delivered anyways. Can’t believe a furniture manufacturer would take 6 months to MAYBE deliver an order. Then can’t deliver a refund right away? Insanity! Update to add that if you call to cancel your order, the customer service team sends it to a cancellation team. From there if they cannot fulfill their promise of confirming a cancellation within 4 days it has to be sent to a different department, from there it can take MONTHS!! Now not only have we not had furniture for months we will not get our refund for months. We paid in full at the time of purchase and our money is being held for months without a definitive date of when it can be refunded.

Ashley sales representative, Josh Garza was very professional and gave us helpful information on the furnirure my husband and I were looking into purchasing. Although, we really were not looking to purchase at this moment in time. After serious consideration and out weighing the possibility in not finding the same furniture in a few months. We decided to purchase the table set and the Love Seat furniture.

Salesman Joseph was motivated and very helpful. No pressure sales. Great deals. Thank you Joseph!
