We purchased our couch set from Ashley. We are so very pleased with the quality! Our whole experience was enjoyable. We liked it so much we went back and purchased a sideboard and are considering some recliners. The sales person Ismael Torres (Smiley) wasn't pushy he observed what we liked and would give recommendations and then give us space to discuss our options. He was awesome! Thanks Smiley!

Had a great experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to Isaiah. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Picked up recliner, once I put it together, the recliner has 2 stains on in front one on the back. Recliner is also higher from one side when I lift the footrest and it stuck from the right side when lifting and once it pops it raises. Called customer service, they wanted me to provide pictures and video, to which I did. They asked me they will let me know when a new one is available to pick up by the end of the month. Unfortunately, I bought this for my mother and I’m visiting my mother and I will not be available to pick. I requested they deliver and deliver and set up free of charge since I did my part. The representative told me they will call me back today or tomorrow to let me know the outcome. I paid a $1000 for this reclined for my mother, and once I proved the evidence of a faulty chair, I should not be asked to pick up again, they should offer free delivery and set up. On a good note, salesman was polite and very helpful. I give him 5 stars, the CS rep 5 stars very nice and helpful, but 2 stars for the wait time, and 2 stars for faulty product.

I’m 💯 % satisfied with the service and bed & mattress that I purchased at Ashley Furniture on 400 N. Jackson, in Pharr Tx location. The sales professional that assisted me was Jonathan Anzaldua. He was extremely helpful, courteous and made me feel very comfortable. His customer service skills are outstanding!! He makes you feel like family and at home. He is very attentive, patient and knowledgeable in his work. I have recommended his expertise to my friends and family and will definitely go back with him when I get ready to shop for a living room set. I was also assisted in the mattress department by Moises Martinez, who was also very helpful with information about the variety of mattress brands, quality, and support. He also gave me a demonstration of the effects of a good mattress and sleep system. It was very informative and a transforming experience. We definitely recommend when shopping at Ashley you look for Moises! He was very patient while we were un decisive on what we wanted but his knowledge and attention to detail helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He showed us different set ups for our living room by disassembling and assembling to best fit our home. 10/10 experience we had to come again and we’re so excited to receive our furniture!
