My recent experience at Ashley Furniture was outstanding. I purchased a loveseat, TV stand, mattress, and a small table and chairs for my mom, who is moving into Legacy Assisted Living. Our sales associate, Pauline, was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we walked in, she took the time to understand my mom's needs and helped us select pieces that would fit both her space and lifestyle perfectly. Pauline was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely pleasant to work with. She offered helpful suggestions without ever being pushy, which made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Moving a loved one into assisted living can be an emotional and overwhelming process, but Pauline's professionalism and kindness made it so much easier. Thanks to her expertise, we found the perfect furnishings to help make my mom's new apartment feel comfortable, welcoming, and like home. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture, and especially Pauline, to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional customer service. "Five stars for Pauline and the Ashley Furniture team!" Everyone was welcoming willing to assist and I appreciate their excellent service. I would like to personally thank Matthew Brown for going above and beyond with assisting me in finding the perfect Funiture and also rectifying a negative experience that I had with another sales person if I could, I will give him 10 stars! Yes, I will most definitely continue to shop at Ashley Furniture!!!
View on GoogleGreat experience, no stress, no extra sales pressure, and a sweet deal to top it off. Chris is the best! We were considering a new couch for a while, and thought we'd stop by when we were in town. Only initially looking, Chris saw us and wanted to see if we were were there for anything specific. We just wanted to look, and he let us window-shop without checking in every 5 minutes. Great! We found a few options we liked, and he let us know there was actually a sale going on at the time. Lucky! He drew up some quotes, but advised us to take our measurements again at home and come back in a few days. That more realistic approach, plus the quality of the products we were trying, and all mixed with a great deal meant that we came back as soon as we could. We'll revise the review with notes about our couch when it is delivered, but the professional experience we had makes me think we'll be alright.

View on GoogleWell let me tell you!!! These two guys Kershawn and Jalen was so professional!! I live on the 2nd floor and I was so scared out of my wits! I ordered a sofa bed couch which was so heavy! When I looked at the gentleman I said No Way! They’re able too take this couch upstairs (Lol! reason why I stated that comment was because they are very slim) but looks are deceiving! They master it and got it in!!!
