Ashley Store

When I walked in to the showroom in New Braunfels, someone approached me and said hi from 12' away. I didn't like his approach so I opted for another salesman, named Mark. He used to own his own furniture store. He was kind and easy to work with. Just because someone says hello to you when you walk in, that does not make them your salesperson. The one who you connect with, is the one you will typically buy from. I bought from Mark. Thanks, Mark! You made my experience very relaxed and I appreciate you. Keep it up! Also, I love my chest of drawers!

Great time with Eric. Found me what I wanted & gave me an appropriate price. Was able to arrange delivery for that which fit with my travel dates. Good man. Deserves a commendation, raise or bonus.

Megan Stevens was extremely helpful throughout the process and demonstrated strong knowledge about mattresses and sleep options. She took the time to answer questions clearly and never made the experience feel pressured or sales-driven. Her approach was professional, informative, and genuinely customer-focused.

Be cautious when ordering. We almost had to cancel a $14,000 order because the sales people will tell you a date for delivery but the delivery people aren't aligned with them and they truly don't care, either jump through their hoops or shop elsewhere, we had to escalate to a point that it didn't need to be. Can't say enough about how horrible of an experience this turned out to be and how little Ashley actually cares about providing a quality purchasing experience from start to delivery. If you are not taking it home with you, shop elsewhere or don't be surprised if you're disappointed. Update: Moved in this weekend and this is the first thing we find, a busted bureau. When we call to get help we've got to find our product name for them because they've got no clue about it. I can't say enough about how horrible of an experience shopping with Ashley has been from the in-store shopping to the post sale customer support it's been nothing but problems. I'd talk about how were never shopping with Ashley's again, but considering they got our money, I truly don't thing ownership / management really cares.

We had purchased from Ashley's several times over the years and been very satisfied, so when we needed some new furniture, Ashley was the first choice. The New Braunfels store did not disappoint and the customer service we received as great. Bobby Pfluger was the salesperson who guided us through our purchase. He went the extra mile researching items to ensure we understood choices and size. He was personable and listened to our requests. We would highly recommend Ashley's to everyone.
