I had a wonderful experience at the Ashley store in Wilson! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Carlos, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me make the right choice. I was assisted by the agent Stefani from the time I walked into the door I explained what l came in looking for a bedroom suit. She showed me a lot of beautiful bedroom suits. She showed me to the first set and in the end being the one that I chose. She explained the cash often and the VIP offer. She stated that the VIP off of would be a very good choice for me especially after I explained that I will happen to come back possibly in the next few weeks for a living room suit.

From the moment I walked in the door, my eyes were opened to the rapturous experience that is being assisted through the purchase of my forever furniture.
