Ashley Store

I was very pleased with this store’s customer service! Miguel Heredia helped me and he was amazing! Super helpful, knowledgeable, accomodating and gave his advice as to what would work best. The best part is that he wasn’t pushy at all and didn’t bother me with phonecalls and messages after I left a few times! I would highly recommend this store and Miguel! After delivery I was just as happy! I love my pieces and they work beautifully in my space. Not to mention him and the manager worked out a digital set up of the room before I pirchased the items and I loved it even more! They added a floor mirror which worked beautifull with my space and I added it to my order!

My mom and I had an amazing experience at Ashley furniture with our sales rep Dominique she was very respectful knowledgeable and courteous. She had a wonderful personality. She showed us exactly what we were looking for, and took her time answering all the questions that we had. gave us our space to talk amongst ourselves. Never rushed us with a decision. Thanks to her we are leaving with a brand new couch. Had a wonderful experience definitely would recommend her to family and friends

Miguel @ Ashley’s was great . I kept picking different bedroom sets & he was not bothered. Everything was great . The delivery was amazing.

Dominique was SO helpful. She was not pushy at all. We even left to go measure and came back without being questioned or pushed to buy. We were pleased with the service from all staff

Yesterday I called Ashley Furniture in Lake Grove about buying a new memory foam mattress. I was assured that a Salesperson would be calling me back to schedule an appointment. I was heading to the store when Samantha called. She was so pleasant and assured me that she would give me the time to try mattresses and decide which one was best for me. Samantha spent over two hrs. with me explaining the difference between memory foam and a hybrid mattress etc... I felt educated enough to make the right decision on the mattress and adjustable platform base which has a remote to raise the head or feet. So cool....It will be perfect because I read every night before going to sleep. I can't wait for the delivery on Thursday. I am getting a memory foam queen size soft mattress with the adjustable base. And the Deferred financing made it possible for me to purchase a really good package. I can't wait for my first good night sleep in a long time. I made a poor choice from a different Mattress Store 2 years ago and have slept poorly for too long years now. I had a great experience with Samantha!
