Ashley Store

Made a on-line store purchase last week with the help of Laci (Operations Manager) at this location who assisted me through my entire shopping experience offering great suggestions on the bedroom furniture I selected. I can't wait for it to arrive! We picked up our items and assembled it today. We're very happy how it all turned out.

I had a fantastic experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to Robbie. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable without ever being pushy. He took the time to really listen to what we were looking for, asked thoughtful questions about our space and budget, and made recommendations that actually made sense for our needs. Robbie was patient as we explored different options and explained the differences in quality, materials, and pricing in a clear, honest way. He never rushed us or tried to upsell unnecessarily, which made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. His attention to detail and product knowledge gave us confidence that we were making the right choice. What really stood out was his customer service—he genuinely cared about making sure we were happy, from selecting the furniture to understanding delivery timelines and warranties. You can tell Robbie takes pride in his work and values his customers. If you’re shopping at Ashley Furniture and want a smooth, enjoyable experience, ask for Robbie. He’s a top-notch salesman and made furniture shopping a pleasure. Highly recommend!

We had 2 young men deliver furniture to our home yesterday from the Terre Haute IN store. I have never met 2 men who cared more about what they were doing. They went above and beyond in caring about our furniture and home! Amazing job guys and thank you the big house in Worthington Indiana appreciated your wonderful customer service!!!

Romy and I stopped in Ashley Furniture and worked with Raelee and she is the best salesperson here. She is friendly, very knowledgeable and helped us until we found the best choices that work with us. We asked a lot of questions and she took the time to answer every single question and explain everything. I would give her a 10 out of a 10.

I worked with Robert yesterday over the phone to order some furniture for a house I'm moving into after losing my husband unexpectedly a couple of weeks ago. He was sympathetic and understood why I wasn't ready to go to the store in person. He was very helpful and I was able to order the furniture over the phone. I highly recommend asking for him if you go into the Terre Haute store.
