Ashley Store

Ashley Furniture Thomasville was experiencing computer problems system hadn't been updated. We purchased a Strawbill Power Lift Recliner on 6/4/26, with protection plan and delivery @ $1,204.87, paid cash. Our experience was more than what we expected having to spend close to 2 hours waiting to cash out due to computer problems. Also we were scheduled for delivery on 6/9/26. We never received delivery on the 9th and never received a call as to why? My husband call serveral times to get delivery time, no one answered. Finally he went to the store and was told only one person was there in the store, when he saw two others. He left being told it would come Friday, well it's Friday still no call or info as when delivery will be made. I really feel like we need to get our money back and cancel the purchase.

Came in Saturday to purchase a canopy bed we loved. Originally were told 3 weeks order time, and none were available. As we were leaving the sales woman followed us into the parking lot and said miraculously one actually was available at the warehouse up the road and we could pick it up at 7 am Monday. I said that's awfully convenient for a sale but they assured us they had "found" one. Fast forward to Sunday evening and Nathan from the store calls to tell us that unfortunately they just realized someone actually put in an online order 4 minutes before we did. Super convenient. Forcing fake sales through inventory manipulation is a terrible way to retain customers. Absolutely done with this brand and location. Do better.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping at Ashley Furniture 02/06/2023. The furniture showroom selection was great as well as our saleperson, Chanta Jones. She was very knowledgeable, professional and curteous with impeccable patience. I look forward doing business with her again in the very near future.

Upon entering we were greeted by Abigail with a smile! We were looking for a particular sofa and Abigail very nicely showed us the available options until we found one we both were stunned by! Usually when entering furniture stores most do not take us serious as we are a younger couple BUT never was Abigail impatient or annoyed by our decision making rather patient and thorough! She showed us one last sofa before we were about to leave and I’m glad she did. It’s a beautiful sectional sofa that I’m glad we now have! It definitely has brightened and made our living room look much cozy! Thank you for a very pleasing experience and looking forward for repeat business!

Chanta Jones was amazing. She was patient and helped us get the perfect living room furniture.
