Farmers Home Furniture | Cairo, GA

ZERO. . Bought a Troy Bilt Riding mower June 26th 2025. Used from July to November. February the mower wouldn't start. I called local business for repairs. Had arranged for pickup until I mentioned I bought the mower from Farmers Furniture.. "Oh no I can't do that I handle the warranties for them". I said ok what now..I FOUGHT for 3 days to get them to get the mower to shop. The mower repair refused to work on my mower because after no service I was greatly upset.. All I wanted was what I paid for..3 days to pick up the mower. 2 MEN pickup truck showed up. No lift no ramp it was loaded from my front ditch..no call to notify me of needed repairs, costs, time to repair, or any customer service related questions I had from day 1. Still have no mower almost 2 months with no idea of what is going on. I would never DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS. IM SICK OF PEOPLE WHO THINK ITS ALRIGHT TO STEAL FROM OLD WOMEN.YOU DESERVE EXACTLY WHAT IS COMING TO YOU. My mower was returned yesterday. It was a battery. No charge and delivered right to my door. I am a happier person today. Thank you for everything. Corporate and local Farmers Furniture in Cairo for your kindness when I wasn't.. I am remorseful for my ugliness. I've repented and await my discipline willingly..
