Ashley Store

This store has an amazing customer service team!! My sofa arrived damaged, and the ladies working at this location were so kind and helpful in helping me get it fixed. They repaired my sofa and got it back to me in a week with no extra charge. There was always great communication over the phone, and I will be keeping Ashley Furniture in mind for future purchases :)

I personally will not be back. Hubby and I went whimsical on a Friday night after date night and the Employee (lady, redish hair) who walked up and started talking to us. We just politely told her we were looking around we would be right up to ask if we saw something. She proceeds to tell us that furniture stores weren't for "browsing". I was baffled, we will take our buying somewhere else.

Just had a lovely experience at Ashley today! Such a great selection & showroom for options. Would like to give a special shout out to Noah!! He was very personable & helped me find different options for my needs! Highly recommend checking them out!

Personalized care, I felt no rush to test a number of furniture pieces. Professional staff, great looking staged pieces throughout the store. Would select them again or recommend them also.

Awful, last week Noah made me feel extremely uncomfortable especially because he comes up out of nowhere when I was already speaking to someone else he was pushy, rude and touchy. I decided to go elsewhere for what I needed, I wasn’t going to post this review but the terrible experience was something I still can’t get over, it festers in my mind and still creeps me out. I feel like there aren’t enough showers in the world that will ever be enough to make me feel clean again. GROSS.
