We drove to Denver Mattress based on Consumer Reports recommendations to look into options for my elderly parents. The store manager, Josh, answered all our questions and helped us select an appropriate mattress and base to fit my parents needs and budget. Josh was very informative of the products offered at the store and how they would fit our needs. Well worth the hour plus drive to check them out.

I've been putting off buying a new mattress for several years because of concern about getting a fair deal without tricks and gimmicks. I had none of that concern with Denver Mattress Company mainly because of what I see as their consistent pricing — no huge "sales"; just fair everyday pricing. I walked in with a specific mattress in mind, and after showing that mattress to me and telling me all about it, the salesperson, Josh, showed me two other similar mattresses of different firmnesses. Both of them were $700 to $800 more expensive than my original choice, and he had me try all of them out and explained the differences between the three. He did not try to pressure me into buying one of the more expensive mattresses; instead, he gave me all of the pertinent information and allowed me time to make my decision. There was no pressure to buy one of the more expensive mattresses. It was an easy and pleasant buying experience, and I have confidence in the quality of all of the mattresses I considered. Everything from financing to delivery was also explained clearly. The experience inspired confidence. I will recommend this company to others, but I suggest, as always, do a little homework on your own before going in, to narrow your choices to no more than four or five. Looking forward to the arrival of my new mattress.
