Shopping for new furniture at the Furniture Mall is not only simple it’s like having helpers that are part of your family. The staff is welcoming, personable, and listen to every interest and need you might have. We were fortunate to have Brandon Marinelli, a real breath of fresh air, as our sales associate.

Giving this place a 3 instead of 5 due to hassle over their price match policy. Wanted to purchase almost 10k for bedroom package but got the run around on price match (found an online comp with better pricing on apples to apples product). Ended up leaving as PAM was rude throughout the entire process and the “manager” helping seemed to be ok with 10k in sales walking out the door. BRANDON was amazing by assisting us through the process and ended up calling to work out details on the price match. If it wasn’t for him I would have purchased furniture elsewhere. Brandon deserves the 5 rating… Furniture Mart do better.

Chris was excellent in assisting us with picking out our new sofa and recliner. He gave great advice with fabric selections and suggested styles based on my preferences. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I made two visits to this location. Each time I was assisted by Karlie Kintzel. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was helpful but not pushy, very personable and easy to talk to and throw ideas around with. I was purchasing a lot and wanted to get it right, changed my mind several times. She was very patient and professional. They have great furniture choices. I would highly recommend FMofKS and ask for Karlie!

The husband and I just bought a beautiful blue, sectional couch to go in our new house. This couch caught my eye at the beginning. I walked around the whole bottom floor of the store at every other couch they had and just didn't see anything that made me go "Oh, that's the one!" I kept finding my mind wondering back to this couch and just how much loved the feel of it, the color, everything screamed, "YES BUY IT!" Everything but the price. With 3 cats and a dog I just could not justify spending close to 1000$ on a couch that might have a stain or claw marks. Some items are worth it, but I made myself wait, and come back to see if it was still there a few days ago. When I first saw this couch, I met Lindsey. I asked about the price of the couch and if there was a chance that price would come down. This piece was a floor model, for roughly $839, excluding tax. I essentially decided to wait and see if it would still be there closer to the end of the month. I went in April 19th to negotiate on the price of this couch if it was still there. I went and checked if it was, and when I saw it was I asked for help from a worker at the front who called over a specialist. At first I didn't realize right away who I was talking with, but when we got to the couch it all clicked. It was Lindsey! To say I was happy is an understatement. She already knew I had come and looked at this couch at the beginning of the month so she had a good understanding of how much I actually liked this couch! I talked with Lindsey and asked if there was anyway this price could come down closer to $450. She was super helpful and went back to talk to her Manager (Who I never got the name of but, THANK YOU!!!!!). When she came back she said there was a few things they could go for me, they brought the price down to around $739 instead and then added a discount and offered a roughly $150 gift card towards the purchase. I paid, after tax, around $586. Lindsey was an actual godsend, along with her manager. I can not express how thankful I am to have run into this group of employee's. They helped me work this out till the very end, and they absolutely did not have to do what they did. I will forever be grateful for that act of kindness. Thank you Lindsey for making this couch happen for me. It's beautiful and it fits perfectly in our home. Blue couch with blue kitchen counter tops! You really made this purchase worth while. Lastly, thank you to the manager, again, and the other workers that helped wrap, and bring out the furniture so we could load it! You all helped get my beautiful dream couch home
