Ashley Store

Very bad experience. First time in this store and will be my last. I’ve been to Raymour where I purchase most of my furniture,so in comparison the customer service there this is distasteful. Lack of interest in selling … I wanted a simple bed just to occupy a space in my house and there’s not much words to describe the people staffed here. I was hovering over the computer for pricing and information on a bed I wanted to purchase. The person who pretended to assist didn’t even move from her space to guide me through the process of a purchase so I ended up walking out of the store displeased. Now I’m at Bob’s and it’s also a way better experience. The atmosphere of that Ashley location fits the staff perfectly. They deserve to be in that abandoned corner of the mall.

I spent over 4K at Ashley. The items that came with White Glove service were fine. The online only orders have been an absolute nightmare. Damaged furniture, incorrect hardware, all customer service does is send more damaged furniture with incorrect hardware. In the end I ordered 3 tables, and received 6 tables that I had to spend an additional $100 in hardware for to get 3 usable tables...and the discount they offered for my troubles didn't even cover the cost of the hardware I had to purchase or the time and energy this mess..and having now to deal with the 3 garbage tables they left behind. In store you can't tell what comes from where, but if it doesn't come with white glove delivery...RUN! I will never shop with Ashley again.

I’m very satisfied with my new furniture from Ashley. Their delivery service and set up was excellent. I have to give Joe and Cory a 10 star rating. Their professionalism even though the weather conditions were bad.

Ashley Store has some good choices and I got multiple good word-of-mouth recommendations to check it out. I'm delighted with this Starmore brand shelf that just arrived today! Very big and sturdy, 76" high.

I recently purchased a recliner. From the moment we walked in the store we were greeted by Susan Sawka. She was very helpful and pleasant with finding what we were looking for. It was delivered today and setup. Very happy with the store and will definitely be going back.
