Please help. We met with Roberto and bought a beautiful sectional living room set which was delivered and set up by a very professional team. Roberto told us we could add another sectional piece if we wanted. I do. I have left 5 messages for him with "No" response. I went to the store yesterday where a very pleasant "Johnny" promised to have Roberto call me after 2:00 PM. I wanted to order the additional section and possibly a matching Love Seat. Apparently, Johnny couldn't do it as we were Roberto's customers. I also told Johnny one of the control buttons on a Recliner is not working. Again, he said he would report that to Roberto who would arrange a technician visit. 5 messages and a store visit (where I was ready to order another $2,200 in furniture. Do you think I'll shop there again? After this review do you think I'll get the additional piece for the sectional? How about the Love Seat? Seems pretty unlikely now. I'll give it a week before I get serious. A simple phone call or a return message would have made a happy ending. Please tell me Ashley's, where did I go wrong? Why not just answer or respond as you promised? I'm totally disappointed in your service. We've pretty much bought our entire household furniture from you. Will anyone contact me after this review? We'll see. This is Dale Gleave again. Roberto did "not" receive my messages for several days for some "unknown" reason. When he did he called me immediately and asked how they could quickly and kindly make it right. He sent out the additional piece for the sectional the very next day at a reduced price and did not charge a delivery/set-up fee. While I was irritated at first, Ashley and Roberto came through. We once again are elated with their service and the furniture. I now "highly" recommend them

Rocio was very attentive as soon as I walked in. It was my first time making a purchase at this store. I told her what I was looking for and didn't not try to sell me more of other things which that is also appreciated. She got me what I needed and also gave me a discount. It was quick as well! $5,000 couch with warranty!! Couch gets a rip call the warranty number. Filed a claim. It Took 6 months for someone to come. The tech comes for 2 minutes and says the cushion needs to be replaced. I get a call that isn't covered!!!! So disappointed in this company!!! When you spend that much $ on furniture and purchase a warranty to be told the warranty won't cover the issue it's a waste of MY time and $. DO NOT recommend!! And don't expect anyone to answer the phone or your questions.
