. Sleep Number- We spent a lot of time there over several visits. They are trained in presentation but less on materials etc. Prices are not marked and they hide some costs that way. Watch out. They charge $250 for delivery over their already pretty high priced mattresses and if you want to return or exchange it’s another $250. So $500 total. There is little selection, as the main difference between various models is the thickness of the foam that lies over the air bags. I have a burning feel at my hips and the various bag settings did nothing for that. I think it has to do with the foam they use. They do not handle non air mattresses. The foam density also changes a bit between models but they are selling thickness and charging huge incremental amounts for that. In the end we felt they were a mostly a gimmick and the business model is not completely honest. I spoke to the store manager about this and he just shrugged. Here is a comparison of the other two of the “big three” mattress places in Yuma- - Denver Mattress- knowledgeable and fair priced, big selection, free delivery and a solid (free) return policy. Honest and transparent. Start here. We did. Bought a mattress and returned it. All good. -Matress Firm- Fairly well trained but nothing like DM. Good selection but less than DM. All prices are posted and you can negotiate a little. Free delivery but $250 handling charge of you want to return or exchange. They seem happy to work with you. Trustworthy and up front

Very good experience. Marc is great. Not pushy. Definitely knows his products. I highly recommend him and the bed. This is my second one. The first one is 16 years old.

PLEASE! Do not go for the OVERLY PRICED AIR MATTRESS. The showroom is always going to be better than the actual product. For something to be extremely expensive I would advise to do research beforehand. We made the mistake of trusting this company for a comfortable sleep but actually got back & neck pain. Had to return but charged $250! If you want to try something out you’d expect to not be charged especially for the price! Biggest mistake but glad we don’t have this burden on our shoulders anymore. Took our business to Denver Mattress.

We were dreading mattress shopping because it usually feels similar to being with a used car salesman. So happy we decided to check out this store. This was the best mattress shopping experience I have ever had. Clair was great; friendly funny & informative . Took her time showing us different models and functions. We left with what believe will be the perfect mattress for us and a smile. Will def recommend this store.
