Stephanie was great. We appreciated the no pressure atmosphere. They’re kind and allow you to come to them when you’re ready. She was very professional and to be honest after going to multiple places this day searching for a new couch and then going to Ashleys to experience a positive environment and comfortable environment, this is why we ended with Ashley’s. Also great quality and prices.

Ryan provided outstanding customer service throughout my shopping experience. When I first visited the store to learn about Tempur-Pedic mattresses, I had very little knowledge about the products. Ryan took the time to thoroughly explain the different options, features, and benefits without making me feel pressured to make a purchase. His professionalism and patience made a great impression on me. A few days later, I returned to purchase the Tempur-Pedic bed because of the excellent service I received from Ryan. About a week later, I came back to shop for a sofa and specifically requested Ryan as my sales representative. Once again, he went above and beyond, taking the time to explain the materials, construction, and quality of the sofas so I could make an informed decision. Ryan is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely focused on helping customers find the right products. I highly recommend working with him and appreciate the exceptional service he provided.

Had a great experience shopping at this location. Specialist, Roushan took his time with me and helped me navigate the store what it had to offer. Without his knowledge on the products I wouldn't have made the sound decision. He put me is the best position to get the very best deal. Next time you're looking to spruce up your space make sure you ask for Roushan.

Update 1/1/26 below Garbage outdoor furniture. Wicker literally fell apart after 15 months in Arizona with limited residential use and isn’t covered under their extended warranty that we paid extra for. Update 1/1/26: After multiple emails back and forth with their support that followed up with me after I posted this review asking for photos, videos, purchase dates, etc. etc. they come back with.... Sorry, your furniture is out of it's manufacturers warranty. No shit! It was still under warranty I would have gone through the warranty process. The fact is simple, I bought outdoor furniture, legit keep it under a custom cover during the summer (hottest time of the year with the most sun) and it is legit falling apart. The wicker became brittle after 18 months and continues to crack and just fall off. The couch is missing the full back on 60% of it.

Haven’t received our new furniture yet, but I’m sure it’ll be great. Have some history shopping Ashley and never had an issue. Nolan was great—very pleasant and professional. Will be glad to work with him again.
