The worst quality products bought 3 sofa $2200 April 2026 Due to being very uncomfortable sold it for 800 after a month because the quality material was used bad every body felt heat after continuously setting for 20 minutes and the pillows and backrest were hard nobody felt good , I don’t recommend think twice before you buy from here

I think its completely unfair some reviewers are giving low rating for Ashlyn - dropping reviews for Ashley Furniture or Overstock.com Beware of / ignore those reviews. Those are not for Ashlyn.
View on GoogleWe purchased a dining table set from this store about 1.5 years ago, and the quality has been very disappointing. The table legs have become loose and damaged, and there are visible scratches on the table and all the chairs. This is not acceptable in such a short time with normal use. We spoke to the store in person, and they only offered to fix part of the issue (the tabletop) while ignoring the rest. This is not a proper solution. Very poor quality and disappointing customer service. I would not recommend buying furniture from here.

View on GoogleLove that all of the staff were so helpful and not pushy and careful to practice safety with masks and good distancing in the store. We made a mistake in our own measurements and was able to call them and make changes to our order the very same day with no hassle and no issues. We got a custom-made sectional, custom size and orientation, chose the fabric, color, and pillows! They delivered the sectional two weeks ahead of schedule, within the time-frame given and the delivery guys even took our old couch away for reasonable fee (and they too were wearing masks and very carefully in our house). We actually looked at sectionals at Costco, Wayfair and a couple other places, but they didn't have exactly what we were looking for. So glad we found this place, the sectional looks amazing in our living room. Will definitely go back.
