I've been buying mattresses from Viktoria for years, and I've followed her to multiple store locations because she's always my go-to person. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I find the right products for my needs, never making me feel pressured. One of the things I appreciate most is that she's always knowledgeable about the best clearance and outlet options, helping me get great quality at an excellent price. She genuinely cares about her customers and takes the time to understand what they're looking for before making recommendations. Most recently, Viktoria helped me purchase a mattress at the Laguna Elk Grove store, and once again, the experience was outstanding!! Her professionalism, honesty, and dedication to customer service are the reasons I keep coming back. If you're shopping for a mattress, adjustable base or even sheets or pillows, I highly recommend asking for Viktoria, you'll be in great hands!

Samuel took extra time with us to pick out the firmness and features that we wanted on the bed. We were replacing the mattress, which was a tempupedic from 2013. After seeing the bases and new features, we ended up replacing both. He showed us different features with the lumbar support that I really liked. We are older, but to invest into health features, which could benefit our aging bodies and not break the bank, was a welcome outcome.

My partner and I had an exceptional experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Viktoria and Samuel! They made switching our previous mattress purchase smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. What could have been a complicated process turned into a seamless experience because of their professionalism, patience, and genuine care for us as customers. They took the time to answer all of our questions, carefully explained our options, and helped us find the mattress that was the best fit for our needs. We never felt pressured or rushed—they truly wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision. Because of Viktoria and Samuel, we’re both looking forward to getting a much better night’s sleep! Their kindness, product knowledge, and commitment to outstanding customer service made this one of the best retail experiences we’ve had. If you’re shopping for a mattress, we highly recommend asking for Viktoria and Samuel. They go above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for everything they did for us. Thank you both for making this such a positive experience!

Viktoria Root is outstanding with the details and specifics of ensuring the best possible match when purchasing at Mattresses Firm. She had the answers for questions I didn’t know I had. The expertise, service and overall experience made me feel as if I weren’t be sold something, but rather considered and cared for. Unmatched experience for any purchase I’ve made anywhere. Mattress Firm is doing it better than anyone thanks to staff like Viktoria.
