Sleep Number

My Husband & I purchased a bed in September and had a great experience! The saleswoman was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and very kind. We knew what we wanted to a degree, but she took the time to ask questions and help us learn what we didn't know to make an informed purchase. As you know, their products are in a somewhat 'premium' price category and we really felt that we got everything we wanted for what we were willing to spend. There was never a time where we felt pressured or "upsold" to make the sale more profitable. The delivery process was smooth and we are still very satisfied with our bed. We have and will continue to recommend this store to friends and family!

My wife and I bought a Sleep Number bed a few years ago and we have loved it ever since the most comfortable bed we’ve ever had and every time we go on vacation we always miss sleeping in our Sleep Number bed. I wanted to give a big shout out to Sarah and Kylie, who are sleep professionals. They are the most amazing people along with their manager Kirk. We live in a age where upsell is the ticket right not with this store they directed us to products that we actually needed and are very happy with. We were able to stay within our price point. If your looking for a more restful sleep, try this place you won’t be disappointed even if you don’t purchase a bed just being helped by kind people is always a great experience

The sales woman was very educated on all the features of the beds without being pushy. Very easy to work with. I left feeling like I was well educated on the various features and comfortable with the bed that met all our needs.

Excellent service. I had an opportunity to try several of the beds before making my purchase. I appreciated that the salesperson was not pushy but yet, provided options and explanation.

Kirk helped me fix my 2 year problem of having ordered a new remote but not being able to get the Air number part to work. Awesome customer support by him! God bless him and everyone else at this store, happy holidays to all ! Janine Wilson for customer Barbara Wilson’s bed 💋💋💋💋🙏💋💋💋💋
