Sleep Number

Since my initial review, I would like to edit my review. I wish I could leave a NO STAR rating for Sleep Number. Heather the salesperson at the Sleep Number store was awesome. I just want BUYERS TO BEWARE about this. It was denounced to me when I made my purchase for Sleep Number beds that this company use a third party knock off to deliver and install their beds. This company, TCJ Hauling, who I have never heard was used to deliver and install these beds to my home on September 4th. They showed up ill-prepared in terms of equipment and shoe covers and caused over $2500 worth of damage to brand floors on new construction. After following the proper channels and submitting photos of the damage and statements immediately following the damage, I have been given the "run around". After I provided the estimates to correctly have my floors repaired, this company, Diverse, who is the middle man in this so speak tried to "low ball me". I never even heard of these companies before. I was under the impression that I was dealing with people who represent Sleep Number. Since this mess has happened, it seems like to me that these companies including Sleep Number has washed their hands of the matter. They have not even had the common courtesy to contact me directly to make sure that this matter is being addressed and resolved in a timely manner. They have only communicated through email which to me was so impersonal. After spending that kind of money with Sleep Number, I feel as a customer that I have totally been mistreated and violated. These people was totally hoping that I would just walk away and forget this matter even happened. It is approaching almost a month since this damage has happened and nothing has been done to resolve this matter which is to make me whole in this matter. I feel totally unheard and brushed off!!! I have included pictures of the damage. My floors did not look nothing like this until these guys from TCJ Hauling came into my home. Just know the same can happen to you and Sleep Number will leave you holding the bag so speak!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!!

My wife went in to surprise me with a pillow on the Memorial Day Sale, spoke to Heather, she tried to get me a pillow similar to what I had in the past. Heather looked it up and recommended a build the perfect pillow. Which is not at all like what I had. She didnt ask my wife if I was a side or back sleeper, which I am. Recommended a Down Alternative Outer to my wife which was on clearance. Had to order since it wasn't available in store. Once it arrived, I found the pillow to be very flat and not near as much cushion as my old one. Called the store and Heather tried to claim my wife said I liked a flat pillow. What she said was, my current one was getting flat and I needed a bigger one with cushion. Found out the pillow needs an insert. I tried to go online and buy it but my payment declined twice and I had the funds in my account and it tried to charge my account twice. But didnt confirm order. I give up.

METRO MATTRESS- Absolutely an awesome company to do business with. Professional sales people, answering all my many questions, never any pressure, best of all they did exactly what they said they would do and precisely when they said they would do it. The delivery guys were exactly on time, very professional, polite and a pleasure to work with. In a world where customer service is very hard to come by, Metro Mattress came through with flying colors. Thanks guys!

This is the 3rd sleep number bed I have bought. I love them. The salesperson, Mary was personable and so easy to work with. She made it an exciting purchase and not just something I needed. thanks

I have a I-10 Split King 360 Flex Fit with the full set up and yes all the accessories. I do LOVE the bed and have enjoyed it since day one. BUT the negitive issues are *they told me that a basic Twin fitted sheet with deep pockets will not fit the Sleep number beds so I had to buy the $$$$ ones from them, that is not true, they lied. *They also state that if you need accessories or parts in the future that the replacements are easy to order and the prices are very reasonable and only available to Sleep Number owners. I needed a mattress cover only (magnet tore through the fabric and caused the mattress to shift) customer service tried to sell me the full mattress because it is all in 1. NOT true, after going to the local store and then referred back to customer service I was then told the cover would be almost $400 without tax and shipping. WOW! There is no reasonable prices. After paying alot of $$$$ for the full set up, there should be some type of benifit to getting these replacements at a lower cost.
