Bought a mattress here, received a warm welcome and given plenty of time to select our favorite bed. Drove it home that day (in a box) and unfornately it was a defective bed. It never expanded fully even after 72 hrs, but when I contacted the owner via text she was very concerned and wanted to make it right any way possible. We went back to the store to pick out a different mattress since we decided that we didn't want a memory foam but a hybrid one. No problem! She offered to take back the old mattress for a full refund and we only had to pay the difference between the cost of the old mattress and the new (more expensive) one. She even threw in the labor day discount again on the new mattress and included free delivery & setup along with free removal of the defective mattress. Overall I'm extremly satisified! It was inconvient that the first mattress was not good but the owner more than made up for it right away and without hassle. She even through in discounts and services for free for the inconvience, even though it wasn't her fault, it was the manufacture. Now I've got a great bed and I would highly recommend this place to anyone searching for a good nights sleep on a budget!!!

From the start Monica (the owner) was absolutely fantastic.personable and genuine, She listened to exactly what we wanted, and put us on exactly what we needed. I mentioned we both have back/sciatic issues and she immediantly showed us ones that would give us the support we both wanted. Not to mention she heard me talking about being so warm when I sleep (perio, am i right?) And she then steered us towards our perfect match. No pressure. No sales techniques. Transparency and honesty was kinda amazing. We spent half an hour beginning to end and i couldn't be happier. I'd give 10 stars if I could. 20 years a local business, so we were extra happy to support our hometown neighbors. Thanks again Monica!!!!
