My husband and I went in last night desperately needing a new mattress, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tania, the store manager, spent so much time with us explaining every mattress and pillow option in detail and really took the time to understand our needs. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel rushed. Tania went above and beyond to help us find the perfect mattress and pillows, and she was amazing about getting us the best possible pricing and discounts. We left feeling confident, informed, and excited about our purchase. If you’re on the fence, I can’t recommend enough going into the store instead of buying online. You get far more personalized help, better guidance, and access to discounts you just don’t get online. This was truly an awesome experience from start to finish!

Absolutely!! The Best Over All experience I’ve ever had all together from the Customer Service, To the delivery. and OMG the sleep I’ve had for the past few weeks have been amazing. I was suffering from Extreme Back Pain from an old Football Injury. And it got soo bad I couldn’t even workout at the gym or lift like I wanted and just began to gain the weight back and just felt defeated. So As I Go to My Doctor this last time He suggested I try a different mattress out before he recommended any surgery. And he suggested a Purple Mattress. Once I googled the closest store, it led me to the one at the Domain. The Customer Service was Excellent!! The Store Manager Tania and Her Staff were Great and Very Patient with me on my Questions and Giving me the Opportunity to try All Mattresses including the Pillows that I got two as well. Best Night Sleep in Years hands down. I’m also Hot Natured and would use to sweat in my sleep. Not with this. It stays Cool.. Thank You

I could not ask for a better or easier experience when making a purchase to improve wellness! I have been to the store a handful of times and every instance is great with the entire staff. Trinity, Samara, Zeshan, and Lennie have all been fantastic to work with and took their time to educate me on all Purple offerings. They are all extremely professional & personable to make it me feel welcomed to the store. I made a purchase for one of their new sleep masks when Trinity & Zeshan were working and both were supportive in making sure I was provided with everything I need. For those in the ATX area needing a new mattress or bed products, I highly recommend checking out Purple. Great products, great service, and even better employees!
