We had a great experience at the Saatva Store. The quality of their mattresses is truly impressive — you can feel the difference in comfort and support compared to many other brands we’ve tried. The showroom was clean, calm, and easy to navigate, which made the whole process comfortable. A special thanks to Austin for his outstanding service. He was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about all the different mattress options. He answered every question clearly and guided us without any pressure. His professionalism and care made our decision so much easier. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for high-quality mattresses and excellent customer service.

I am truly impressed with this company. We purchased our mattresses in May of this year—my husband chose a different model than mine. The quality was excellent, but unfortunately they were a bit too soft for us. There was nothing wrong with them; our bodies just weren’t comfortable once they were fully broken in. We returned in October and met again with our original salesman, Joseph, the Viewing Room Manager. He listened carefully as we explained why the mattresses we bought in May weren’t working for us. He took his time showing us options he believed would suit our needs—never pushing, just genuinely helping. I ended up exchanging my mattress for a less expensive one, and I received the price difference back immediately. I’ve now slept on this new mattress for about three nights, and I love it. It is exactly what my body needed. This company truly exchanges in abundance. I now have a one-year guarantee on this new mattress, and if it ends up not working, I can exchange it again. That alone removes so much stress from the whole process of “maybe this mattress works now, but might not be the best choice later.” You have a full year to really try it out. That, in itself, is top-notch service.

We have been to the Saatva Viewing Room in Austin, TX a couple of times recently. Each time the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. All the products we were interested in were on display. The staff working the floor were readily available. The staff demonstrated a high knowledge of the Saatva products and processes. But, along with that availability, there was no rush, no high-pressure, no sales staff “stalking” you if you wanted to browse a bit. The browsing / shopping experience was about as good as we’ve experienced in recent memory. We felt valued and respected despite the fact we were not a repeat customer. Thank you, Saatva, for cultivating such a pleasant, winning shopping experience.

We visited the Austin shop twice after shopping online for a new king mattress and enjoyed the experience much more than our experiences at other popular chain mattress stores that we had purchased from in the past. Michael was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient showing us several mattresses and answering all of the detailed questions that we had about all of them. We were very impressed with all that is included in the purchase from the white gloves delivery service that includes taking away your old mattress and the excellent warranty far superior to warranties provided by most other mattress companies. We read lots of the reviews and checked the BBB data before making our purchase and could not be more satisfied with the shopping experience, not to mention the great discount that we received with our purchase.
