Baer's Furniture Co. Inc.

We got to the store like 15 minutes before they closed just to look around and get an idea of prices etc. Canute and Yanny greeted us and showed us around without rushing us. We were very pleased with the quality and variety of furniture and ended up buying a sectional and another sofa. They both patiently and graciously helped us locate all the pieces, coordinated the financing and delivery. By the time we left it was way after closing time yet we never felt rushed or uncomfortable. Best sales reps ever!! We are thrilled with our purchase and the overall experience.

We have bought furniture from Baers before and have always been completely satisfied with the products and the service. Yanny assisted us each time, and she is wonderful, knowledgeable and caring. We could not recommend her and Baers more highly.

My furniture order from Baer’s was delivered this afternoon. I purchased a Flexsteel leather reclining sofa and two leather recliners plus battery packs for all. What a wonderful experience! For selection of the furniture at the showroom in Pinecrest on US1, I was assisted by sales professional Ileana. I came into the store looking for a small end table and left with a leather living room set! She was knowledgeable, friendly, jovial, and did not hesitate to walk the entire two floors of the showroom with me. She was wearing heels! Consequently, I saw the three pieces on display on the second floor and simply had to buy them! Today’s delivery experience was just as impressive. The gentleman in charge, I believe his name is Jonathan or John, explained everything to me regarding the operation of the battery packs, how to charge them, and then instructed me on how to disassemble the cords so that they are not visible once a full charge is completed. He was a good teacher to the two assistants with him on assembling the furniture. Also, he was such a perfect brand ambassador that I had to ask how long he had worked for Baer’s… 27 years! Impressive all around! Baer’s is to be commended for hiring such quality professionals to represent their company and quality furniture brands. Congratulations!

Very impressed with this store in all facets. We purchased a full house of furniture within the last month from the Pinecrest location. So many American made and high quality pieces at a very reasonable price. Our designer that we worked with named Roger is a design genius. We were so fortunate to find this store and our wonderful designer who is a gem.

Was notified and updated, about the delivery. The delivery went extremely well. The delivery men were extremely nice, helpful, and kind.😊
