Rooms To Go

One of the best Rooms to Go I’ve been to. This location has a wide selection for every room and nice styles. Rey was our Sales Associate and simply kind and friendly! He didn’t hover over us while we were browsing and when we were ready with our selections he made the whole experience wonderful, fast and easy! I’m so happy with my experience!

We had an amazing experience with Napoleon at Rooms to Go. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us get everything just right. What really stood out is that he went above and beyond—even helping us resolve an issue we had from a completely different Rooms to Go location. He took the time to make sure everything was corrected and that our new delivery would go smoothly. Napoleon also helped us plan out our space perfectly. He guided us on the structure, measurements, and exactly how many pieces we needed so everything would fit and look great in our home. Thanks to him, we feel confident and happy with our furniture choices. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you’re shopping for furniture, I highly recommend asking for Napoleon—you’ll be in great hands!

Outstanding service from Alvaro at Rooms To Go! He was incredibly patient and helpful while assisting me and my two very picky, tall teenage boys in finding the perfect sofa. He never rushed us, listened to what we wanted, and helped us choose the perfect piece for our home. What really stood out was his knowledge and experience with shipping to the Cayman Islands. He guided us through the process and made everything easy and stress-free. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made for a wonderful shopping experience. We truly appreciate all his help and highly recommend asking for Alvaro if you visit Rooms To Go! Thank you, Alvaro, for going above and beyond!

Thank you Napoleon for a great shopping experience! You not only answered every one of my many questions, you allowed me to shop in peace! You are the type of salesperson who is very much appreciated for your attention to your customers needs. Love being able to find everything I need at RTG especially when I’m in a hurry to finish a room. The quality, price points and up to date styles are the reasons we make our first stop at RTG Dadeland. Looking forward to receiving our new furniture and finishing my sons new room! Thanks again Napoleon & RTG!
