I would not buy furniture from the store if it was free. The manager Abel is uncaring un knowledgeable, rude and considerate and actually hung up on me. I ordered a $5000 sofa $2000 rug. The rug still has the giant pen and clip in it, and the sofa was put together it's uneven Side is fallen lower than the other and they gave me one date which is three days before Christmas and I said I'm not gonna be here. Can I get a date in January? No they couldn't give me one horrible horrible horrible customer, service, and managers forget it. If that's the best you can do for management you might as well close that store Unbelievably rude

So i have stopped hear for 5 years. While they are known as a high end place i find deals that beat the Kanes and Room 2 go stuff. As the quality is better and the service is fantastic.

This is a warehouse. There is no customer access available. Don’t waste your time going here.

Overpriced products for a poor service. At least if it would be overpriced with quality service it would be acceptable but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I won’t be purchasing any more items from this company very poor customer support after buying a $3000 item.

Bad services , furnitures are all old and dusted up , over-priced items with chipped all over , broken parts and mishandled items… this place is a wreck no one should buy from here I wish I could give it a 0 star ratings…bad managers as well… NO ONE SHOULD BUY FROM HERE
