I am so thankful and blessed by my experience with Bargain Barn Discount Mattress. I was looking to purchase a king mattress for our Airbnb property. From the time Jennifer answered the phone I knew our new mattress would be purchased at Bargain Barn. Jennifer was helpful, thorough, professional, honest, and invested the time to accommodate our mattress needs. She provided information about their in stock inventory, unbeatable prices, and prompt delivery schedule. After visiting their showroom a few days later, I made my mattress selection. That evening Jennifer and her husband delivered the new mattress. They made necessary adjustments to the bed-frame to best support the new boxes and mattress. This was WAY BEYOND their scope of delivery and haul away! Jennifer and her husband provide superb customer service, exceeding 5 golden stars!!!! We are so pleased with the quality of our purchase, the price was truly unbeatable , and the customer service was above and beyond, the best that I have experienced. I will purchase ALL of our mattresses from Bargain Barn moving forward and I strongly recommend you do the same. You will be blessed!

If this place is a hidden gem, it shouldn't be. We should all be buying mattresses from here!!! So, my husband and I were just trying to find a nice twin mattress for our toddler transitioning to a bigger bed. We went to a bigger mattress place in Boone, and we're shocked that the nicer twin mattresses were $1k or MORE! We didn't want a foam mattress because in our experience we have tried those, and they may be good for like 6 months but they always leave you with regrets. The spring mattresses at the other store that were cheaper were extremely flimsy and poorly made. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on them to be honest. And then we decided to come to this fine establishment. We called and they met us there within an hour. We were BLOWN AWAY with not only the prices, but the quality. We got an deep, spring, luxury mattress with pillow top (extremely comfortable) for $350. Absolutely incredible. The next bed my husband and I need we will look no further. You shouldn't either. The family is local, and they also do a lot of charity work and good in the community. Very genuine and kind people. We really enjoyed talking to them, but most of all appreciate the honest business they provide to the high country.
