What a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Great selection of products to chose from, even better prices!! You don't pay for all the extravagant overhead. Becca and Gary were AWESOME!!!! They delivered all the way to Winston Salem, and played "tetris" getting a sofa and loveseat unto an awkward doorway and upstairs to a bonus room!! GREAT PEOPLE!!! We will definitely do business with them again!!

I just moved into a new apartment so it has been very chaotic, but Gary and Becca have been so amazing through this whole process! Gary waited and let me look at all the options for a little over an hour, and answered any questions I had. Even giving me helpful advice coming from a dad‘s perspective since I’m from out of state, and my parents weren’t here to help me with the decision-making. The communication was amazing, Gary even checked the weather to make sure it was OK to deliver the couch, and when it was supposed to rain when they were going to come drop it off, he allowed me to change the time of drop off, so my couch wouldn’t get wet! I have no idea how they were able to fit the couch into my apartment, they’re like Tetris geniuses! They even set everything up and Becca made sure the pillows looked cute before she left! Can’t thank them enough for making my new home feel so cozy!

What an incredible experience! From the customer service to the furniture itself, everything exceeded my expectations. I purchased a sectional sofa and a hybrid mattress, and the entire process was seamless. I’ve never had anyone walk me through the mattress-buying process like this—the owners are incredibly knowledgeable and guided me every step of the way. I landed on the Queen Memory Foam Hybrid, and it is unbelievably comfortable. I’ve had some truly refreshing nights of sleep. I’ve driven by their store and always wondered about it. Had seen the positive reviews online and had an opportunity to experience it myself. What a great company! They went above and beyond to help us when we were in a bind. Wayfair didn’t deliver a mattress on time so I texted BoxDrop Boone figuring it was a longshot to get one last minute … Sunday evening !!! They came through with a reasonably priced mattress and more than fair delivery charge for our location and delivered in crazy weather at 7 pm so our last minute guests could have a bed that night. All while working with me over the phone two states away! Talk about excellent customer service. Lesson learned…next time I’ll try local first.
