Bedding Barn

Don't bother going here unless you want to be fat shamed! First of all they do not use the air conditioner! It was so hot in the store. Second, the salesman, I cant remember his name, was unkempt with longer greasy grayish hair, was extremely unprofessional! We had come from Macys where we met some people who suggested checking out the Bedding Barn. They were the only reason we went. The salesman was so rude!! When we asked to see the pillow top mattresses, he made a very rude comment and told us we would basically squash the pillowtop!!!! He had no right to say that and also we were purchasing a mattress for a spare bedroom so he had no idea who would be laying on it. Then he told us to come back tomorrow and he would help us!!! He needs to be trained to treat people with respect! We walked out and would never come here again. The prices more expensive than Macy's. The next day we went right back to Macy's and purchased a new quality mattress from a reputable store where we were treated with respect. Suggestions: 1. Training your staff how to talk to potential customers. 2. Turn on or fix your air conditioner and use it! 3. Lower your prices!

Really disappointed given the glowing reviews. Called shortly after opening, phone rang and rang, until I was transferred to… The Connecticut corporate headquarters. It took a few minutes to figure that out. They were lovely to talk to, and tried and failed to transfer me back to the store, but I was pretty close so I just walked in. I walked into the stifling store to discover the sole store employee was too busy with his crossword puzzle to help his only customer. I asked about duvets and from his perch at the desk he waved towards the only wall where there was bedding (apparently they mostly sell mattresses), yelling across the empty store “it’s all over there”. Um, ok. I looked down the whole wall but didn’t find what I was looking for. There were a few more bedding packages distributed through the store, but why bother? I wouldn’t come here again for anything bed-related including a mattress. Maybe closer to their New England headquarters….

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Bedding Barn. My sales rep, Jeana, was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and helped me to select the perfect mattress. They offer next day delivery. I can't wait for my new mattress to arrive this afternoon!! :)

Such a nice establishment to buy a mattress. Bill was very nice and is the way every salesman should be. He was knowledgeable and didnt pressure you into anything. He answered all our questions and was even patient when we can back for the third time. I would definitely go back to buy mattresses for our other rooms and tell my friends if they need a new one. Thank you Bill

We were able to go in tests some mattresses​ and leave with just the right one. The woman who helped us was very​ kind and gave us good advice. She also welcomed our children and drew some cool little cartoons for them while we shopped and checked out. Mattress was well packed and in perfect condition when we arrived at home. Exactly what we needed and in and out in less than an hour!
