City Mattress

We were greeted by Kelly and her warm welcome. Very kind and willing to show us what fits our needs and health concerns. Absolutely best prices in town if you're in the market for a new mattress or bedroom set. Laid down for only five minutes and was able to breathe like never before. Life changing!!!

Had a great experience with City Mattress. Worked with Ben and he took care of everything from start to finish. The whole process was super simple and easy. Definitely highly recommend giving him a call!

We purchased our mattress from this location a little over two years ago. While we did have great service and no issues with delivery, the mattress itself has not held up well. We had purchased city mattresses brand mattress and while it was extremely comfortable when we chose it, it has not held up well, especially being it not an old mattress from mattress guidelines when to replace one. There is a significant dip on my husband’s edge of the bed we have never had in a mattress we have owned from wear (even after replacing older models in the past… 7+ years old). We are both healthy people not excessive in weight either and have a supportive base. I’m not sure why the mattress hasn’t held up as others. There is not much support there anymore. We wish we would have stuck to a brand we know and has held up better for us in the past. Truly wish I had better things to say about the product.

Kelley Thompson was fabulous! We walked into the showroom right at closing time and Kelley told us not to worry, she would assist us (with a smile) Kelley took her time in explaining the different mattresses and models so that we had a full understanding. She took her time and was very courteous and professional. This was a GREAT customer experience. We will forever be City Mattress customers and will spread the word to family and friends! Kelley is a winner!!! Merry Christmas

Great experience, worked with Kristy and she was very knowledgeable. No pressure tactics, just facts and plenty of time to decide. Recommend!
