Got 10 solid chairs. Liked that we could walk around the store and try all the chairs in person. Yanina was great. They have affordable furniture and expensive furniture, whichever you want.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and protection plan offered by City Furniture. Last year, I purchased what I considered my “dream couch,” along with a 3-Year In-Home Service Protection Plan. As a parent of young children, I specifically invested in this plan for peace of mind, trusting that it would cover the kind of everyday accidents that naturally come with having kids. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. My daughter accidentally spilled nail polish on the couch, causing significant damage. When I filed a claim, I was surprised to learn that the protection plan does not cover nail polish stains and that the incident was not considered a covered accident. Even more frustrating was the lack of follow-up—no meaningful communication, no attempt to offer alternative solutions, and no effort to assist in resolving the issue. What makes this particularly upsetting is that the protection plan was presented as a safeguard against exactly these types of situations. Instead, I am left continuing to pay for a couch that is already severely damaged, with no support from the company. I strongly encourage potential buyers to carefully review the fine print of any protection plan and to reconsider whether it truly provides the coverage being promised. My experience has been deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend relying on this service.
