Jay at Bedding Mart in Rogers was absolutely wonderful to work with! From the moment we walked in, his welcoming attitude and genuine customer service stood out. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly cared about helping us find the right fit — no pressure, just honest guidance. It’s rare to find someone who makes the process so easy and pleasant. Highly recommend asking for Jay if you stop in!
View on GoogleHad a great time! They were extremely helpful and tried to give us the best price possible! They also offered good advice when it came to purchasing! Jared was the one who helped us and he did and amazing job!
View on GoogleJay is absolutely fantastic!! I purchased the 12’x7’ bed and couldn’t be happier with their customer service!! They delivered quickly and communication was fantastic!! I would Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and service!!
View on GoogleSales associate was knowledgeable and helped me purchase exactly what I wanted. Was told orders are placed for beds on Mondays and sent to store the next week. We'll have to wait 10 days approximately to get our mattresses delivered (it was Wednesday when I was at store). Hope the mattresses turn out to be as nice as the buying experience was.
View on GoogleJay was awesome at helping us find a king. He literally pointed at a bed as soon as we walked in and it was the one we ended up buying. He knows his stuff!
