Mattress Firm Pleasant Crossing Shoppes

We had an absolutely AMAZING experience purchasing our new bed, thanks to Eddie and Herman! They were both incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we found the perfect bed for us. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explain our options, and made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. You can tell they truly know their stuff and take pride in helping their customers! Eddie and Herman are definitely a GREAT asset to the store! We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend asking for them if you’re shopping for a new bed. Thank you both for going above and beyond! 🛏️❤️

Ryan and the Mattress Firm team in Rogers, AR were super helpful and experienced. They walked me through the process of trying out different firmnesses and helped me consider all the factors in purchasing a new mattress. I felt like I could trust their recommendations and the prices were excellent. They helped me make a great decision on the new mattress. However, once I slept on it for a while, I realized it was a bit too firm. They helped me through the process of swapping the one I bought for one that was a bit less firm but still super supportive at the hips which was super important. The new mattress comes in two weeks. I'm looking forward to trying it out. Again, the process was very easy and I felt respected and that they really listened to me. I will buy the next mattress I need at this Mattress Firm.

We recently purchased a mattress, and were extremely satisfied with the store. The salesperson was VERY informative, courteous, and professional. There were a lot of models to choose from, and we're very pleased with the mattress we chose.

I’ve had some ongoing issues with my bed, and while it’s been a frustrating experience at times, I want to recognize the excellent customer service I received recently. Herman was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to walk through the issues with me, kept a great attitude the entire time, and made the process feel much less stressful. It’s not often you come across someone who is both personable and truly dedicated to helping you find answers. Even when things weren’t straightforward, he stayed engaged, communicated clearly, and made sure I felt heard. That level of service really stands out. I truly appreciate the effort and care Herman put into helping me, and it made a big difference in my overall experience.

I had a great experience working with Herman to buy my new bed and frame. He was super knowledgeable, patient and genuinely focused on helping me find the right mattress for me. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the difference between options and made the entire process stress free. I highly recommend Herman if you are shopping for a new mattress.
