Sleep Number

Forrest is probably one of the most knowledgeable guys I’ve met when it comes to mattress as well as super helpful with my selection! He wasn’t pushy at all. Plus I got such an incredible deal on a mattress and frame!! Bryson also helped out as well. These guys are incredible!

We loved our bed for the first year, then boom, problem after problem ,had them at our home 11 times on a year, 3 feet warmers a brain, hoses, power cord. And now our cover ripped after it was repaired at tge magnets and they want us to spend $1200 to install a new cover. The customer service is the worst ever I told 3 people the exact some story and every time they wip out the script. So if you can find another bed dont waste your time.

I ordered a king sleep number bed yesterday at the Rogers, AR location for delivery in May. Paid for it, set up the delivery date, signed everything and get a call from management the next day saying my order didn’t include them setting up the bed for me and I will have to call customer service and pay extra for them to set up the sleep number bed. The delivery they had done for me and I paid $150 for doesn’t include setting up the actual sleep number they told me THE FOLLOWING DAY after I ordered and signed and paid, on a separate follow up call. Highly annoyed as I am a repeat customer and thought this was a horrible way to do business.

Sell me a pillow? Go in to buy a buy a pillow, give a test run on most of them and find the ones we like. Let them know. "That's discontinued we dont carry it." Why have try it out. Bought a couple different ones, take it home wrong pillow. Bring it back and my favorite. Another rep to tell me the other one is discontinued. Why???? So we buy a different one that hasto be ordered should be there in a week..... or not 1 month later and 6 emails saying they are fixing it. Hello where are you???? Such a bad experience.

Great experience! No high pressure salesmanship. We are the previous owner of a Sleep Number bed that we bought around 30 years ago. We knew when this one finally gave up the ghost that we wanted another Sleep Number mattress.
