No one like shopping for a new mattress. Once my husband abd I stepped into the Bed'r store and met Arthur, everything changed for us. We had an idea of what we wanted, but working with Arthur made our chose 100 times easier and 100% conflict we made the bed chose for our sleep need. 100% recommend the company. I had bought 2 new mattresses both firm from other companies (did not like either, but since I have back issues I was told to get firm mattresses), returned one and in process of returning the other one. Bedr was recommended to me by a coworker, and she specifically mentioned Arthur. I went to the store and I was immediately greeted by Arthur, so I knew I was in the right place. Arthur’s customer service was top notch throughout the whole process. I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome. He was very knowledgeable and asked questions; not just to sell me a mattress (or 2) but to understand my actual needs and health. I was there for 3 hours, continued to ask questions and tried out different beds. I highly recommend filling out the prescription form ahead of time so they have your info ahead of time and steer you in the right direction. I did not feel pressure into buying anything and I left the store with a purchase I was comfortable with and a smile on my face. I was dreading the process before I stepped into the store. Arthur was so very helpful and I cannot give him enough stars. He truly loves his company, what he does and is there for his customers! 10/10

From start to finish, Rob Longdon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We visited several mattress stores with stereotypical car-salesmen-style pitches, so finding Rob was a huge relief. No one came close to the professional, honest, and enjoyable experience we had with Rob. He was very patient and gave us plenty of time to try several mattresses without any pressure. Rob also offered us great deals that were better than what we found at other stores. Thanks to Rob, we left with two perfect mattresses and a positive experience that we will happily recommend to friends and family. Exceptional service all around!

Selecting a mattress is an important and personal decision that happens rarely. So, it’s vital to gather sufficient information and try out as many mattresses as possible before making a decision. It requires patience. Patience and expert information is what I received from Arthur at Bed’r Mattress Farragut. Arthur met with me twice and answered all my questions as well as asked me questions to guide my decision. He was patient with my many questions and thoughtful in his responses until I made my decision. Never pushy. Looking forward to getting a Bed’r nights sleep soon. After looking around at mattress at different stores and feeling like it would be awhile until I could find what I liked we stopped at Bedr Mattress. We were greeted by Arthur and he was very Knowledgeable, friendly, and was super helpful. He asked a couple of questions and immediately got to work on showing, explaining, and getting out mattresses for me to test. This was the first mattress store where I felt welcomed and not pressured to buy anything. I ended up finding exactly what I wanted and it was all thanks to Arthur!
