In all honesty, we weren’t looking forward to going bed shopping. What We thought it would be a bad experience instantly turned into a great experience. Jordan had so much Information and really took the time to understand our needs. We are very happy with our new bed and really appreciate Jordan for all he did to help us make the best decision for our needs!

Jordan was awesome! He quickly answered all questions. He did not rush through the questions but pointed out the best things about the mattresses. He is an excellent & patient sales rep!

.y salesperson was a very well Informed young woman who let me try the mattresses at my leisure but was quickly available to answer questions without hovering. She suggested several brands in response to my questions and I ended up buying a brand that was new to me. I think the Dreamland mattress will give me many years of restful sleep. I'm going out of my way to post this review because of how excellent the service was, for what was a stressful purchase to make. With so many options, locations, and styles -- my partner and I were dragging our feet to make a reasonable mattress purchase. Finally, we spent a whole day traveling between various storefronts to talk to experts, gather information, compare prices, try mattresses, etc. The only storefront to give actionable information and advice, along with earnest and honest customer service was Mattress Firm [ Jermaine & Rachel, specifically ]. We actually came back the next day to seal the deal and make the purchase, and both days we were received with the same standard of care and helpfulness; regardless of whom was operating the store that day.

Germain at Mattress Firm provided outstanding service while helping us purchase four mattresses, adjustable bases, and remote controls. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and took the time to understand exactly what we needed. His guidance made the whole process easy and helped us confidently choose the right products for our family. Highly recommend working with him!
