Bedroom Outlet

We had the best experience at Bedroom Outlet! We ended up purchasing a Tempur-Pedic mattress from them and the father & son duo were so easy and nice to work with. They never tried to upsell us, were very honest with their opinions on select mattresses, and worked to give us a good deal. They had a great selection of mattresses as well as other really great bedroom furniture. I would choose bedroom outlet over any big chain. Also, we got the same warranty and a better exchange/return policy with Bedroom Outlet compared to other big companies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was happy to find somewhere local for a dresser and with solid wood and not exorbitant prices, but it wasn't the best experience. It's a crazy time so was pleased to find items not stuck on containers. However, I was told they weren't sure when they would be able to get it because they needed to wait for other customer orders to fill the truck (took about 3 weeks). I found I had to call and check in with delivery multiple times and questions I had, even though they always said they would get back to me. It finally was ready for delivery and like other reviews said, I felt pressured to tip the movers for moving up a flight of stairs and hand twisting screws in for the drawers (I ended up using an actual scredriver to tighten). It went up against my bedroom wall and I didn't think to pull it out to check- only checked the front and drawers. As I was vacumming, I pulled it out and there was a hole/dent in the back panel! I don't know if the delviery guys saw it, did it, I immediately called the store and they said they would get a replacement- again undetermined time. It took another 3 weeks and the guys ended up replacing the back panel. Well, they chipped some of the dresser and did not replace it evenly. At least there is no hole I guess. The company apologized and refunded me the delivery cost but I was disappointed with the quality of the service for the cost of the item.

Awesome selection of home furnishings at reasonable prices. I took pictures of what I liked or might go back for after payday.

I cannot recommend this place more! I got a matching bed frame, night stand and dresser, all made of real wood and great quality, for a really reasonable price. My furniture was delivered and set up, which was fast and super helpful. This is also a family owned business that gives great service.

I got value for the money I spend and the quality of furniture I received. Low sales pressure while browsing the display merchandise at the store. The service is excellent. I ordered a bedroom set, and it took a little longer for the store to deliver because of the pandemic. But the store kept me informed. When the bed arrived, the workers were quick in assembling them. I love how my bedroom looks right now
