Great and detailed experience with Jason in San Francisco. We now know more about beds than we ever wanted to know and found a mattress we hope gives us years of great sleep! Stay tuned— it hasn’t been delivered yet but we anticipate no problems .
View on GoogleJason is not only extremely knowledgeable about the products the store offers, but he is also genuinely a good/chill human being. I walked in overwhelmed by all the different choices, but he helped me narrow it down based on my needs/preferences. Thank you for making the whole process quick and easy - I have been loving my Sterns & Foster mattress!
View on GoogleSimone was extremely helpful and sweet! She helped me get a really good mattress and shipping to my new place at the best price! 10/10 would recommend this Mattress Firm!
View on GoogleSimone and Jason were so helpful! As many of the other reviews have said their customer service is top notch here. Simone was our “sleep expert” she helped my wife and I find the right mattress for us that fit our budget and sleep preference. When we had a hiccup with the delivery, that was no fault of the store or delivery team, Jason the store manager helped us get our preferred solution! Overall the experience was very smooth and we felt that we were getting good guidance and an excellent price the whole way.
View on GoogleI just want to say a huge thank you to Micheal for taking care of my mom & I today! He was personable & happy to help us with any questions we had from the moment we walked into the store we were greeted and helped by him. My mom had a blast testing out all the different kinds of mattresses they had to offer. We were not sure what type of mattress to get but Micheal guided us through the different types and the different softness/plush/medium/firm/extra firm kinds so we were able to find exactly what suited our needs. (Thank you for being so patient!) Thank you for providing us with such a great experience, Micheal! I would highly recommend checking this place out if you're in need of a new bed
