Sleep Number

Tony, the manager at this Sleep Number, truly went above and beyond for our family. He took the time to carefully review our grainy photos and specs of our decade-old base and worked patiently to help us find a solution. With my folks just returning home from a hospital stay, his willingness to dig into the details and make sure we had the right support meant more than we can say. His professionalism, compassion, and dedication to customer care made a stressful situation so much easier. We’re incredibly grateful for his help and highly recommend working with him!

I recently visited the sleep number store at Aspen Grove to see about purchasing a new mattress. Michaela was the associate who helped me. She showed me two mattresses and demonstrated the different setting's with me. I decided to purchase the second mattress she showed me. Michaela and Tony were both very helpful in me making my decision. I highly recommend this store if you’re in the need of a new mattress.

I love this place. I always find their staff incredibly helpful with my purchases, and we love our Sleep Number Bed!

This isn't related to the store employees, but rather the product they and the corporation they represent sold us. We had a defect that is a known issue with the Climate 360 product. Rather than recall it, Sleep Number still made us pay nearly $300 for the replacement pump (to address foot warmer on right side of bed not working), plus $190 for a tech to come fix it. We're waiting on the fix to see if it even solves the problem. Would recommend a different mattress brand based on our experience. I'm fine with paying a pro-rated amount to fix an item that fails due to wear and tear, but a design/manufacturing defect should be covered by the manufacturer given what they charge for these beds....

Tony spent a significant amount of time with us, knowledgeable, thorough and patient. Great experience, he is an asset to the Sleep Number Co.
