We had a great experience here! We purchased a new mattress for both our bedroom and our camper, and Mike was very helpful throughout the process. He took the time to understand our preferences and made recommendations that were a perfect fit for us. We've had both mattresses for a couple of years now, and we still absolutely love them. Highly recommend!

After searching numerous typical bed stores in the area, we were pleasantly surprised with the options at Bed in a Box. Paul was extremely helpful in guiding us through the many alternative options they had. He also went out of his way to keep us informed on our order and help facilitate the delivery. Before you buy from a big name store, check this store out!

This was one of the best mattresses buying experience for me and my wife. We drove from Milwaukee area. And it was worth it . Owner of the shop was very courteous and knowledgeable. He showed us mattresses of all different brands. We did ended up purchasing high end Puffy mattress. It got delivered on time too. Highly recommend this place.

If you are having trouble finding the right mattress, go and see Paul Handzel. I have arthritis throughout my body and could not find a mattress that had the right combination of support and softness for my joint pain. Paul's expertise and knowledge about mattress brands really helped me find the right mattress for my needs. He is very friendly and incredibly patient, plus the store carries a good number of online mattress brands to try. I ended up with a Puffy Royal Hybrid mattress that is working very well for me. I highly recommend Paul and Beds in a Box!
