Sleep Number

Dont walk but run away from this place. Me and my girlfriend got a bed from them and told them we the base but they insisted on giving us the box springs for an extra 500 but told us they would work with the adjustable base we had. Because we were in the process of moving the base we had wasnt there so they set the box springs directly on our wood floor. . There was staples on the bottom and when we finally got the base over there and it put a couple scratches in the new floor we just had installed. Now they want a couple hundred dollars to pick up the base and it has been well over a month and they still haven't figured it out! Do not buy from here, they are horrible and totally took advantage of a woman for no reason! Thanks for the reply but we have called that number 2 times a week for well over a month and still nothing. We have a scratch floor that was just installed before the bed was delivered and w box springs in me bedroom. Dont reply with we will help call this number and then everytime we call the person says all they can do is send it higher up and nothing gets done!

This Sleep Number store is the best place for exemplary service from knowledgeable salespeople. Mike, went over and above to educate me on the process and choices of choosing the mattress to best fit my needs. His communication was thorough and very pleasant. I highly recommend this location for your next mattress purchase.

Jason was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and really made us feel comfortable about our purchase. Highly recommend if you’re interested in a Sleep Number bed.

We had a great experience at the sleep number store in Mchenry. Jason was a big help and was very easy to work with. He help point us in a great direction for a bed for our Dad and listened to what we needed. Definitely will go back and purchase another bed with him.

Blake is the best, he shared a ton of product knowledge and he even candidly recommended some decent competitor options. Ultimately I walked out of the store feeling confident I was making the right choice getting a sleep number and looking forward to getting my new mattress.
