Beds & More

My job requires me to engage with salespeople every day. Beds & More in Talbott, TN is likely the best sales team I have worked with in 30 years. They achieved the perfect balance of providing recommendations but not pushing a sale. They were affordable, and yet I still received a great quality product. And finally, the delivery was incredibly fast, efficient, and they even made the bed after installation. Honestly, I wish I could send every salesperson I know to train with Todd and Kenny at Beds & More.

Kenny was absolutely amazing to work with! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right mattress not just making a sale. He took the time to listen to what I needed, explained the differences clearly, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell Kenny really knows his stuff and cares about his customers. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I left feeling confident and excited about my purchase. If you’re mattress shopping, do yourself a favor and ask for Kenny you’ll be in great hands!

I have been looking for MONTHS for a pillow I liked. The man who runs this was fantastic, never pushed a bed at me, listened to my list of needs and failed attempts patiently and just let me try out pillows he had in stock, never pushing a bed or fussing at how indecisive I was. I have had my MLILY for a little while now and love it, my next bed will also be the same brand from the same store. Thank you so much for helping with my headaches and neckpain, and for being kind and patient in a world that lacks both. God bless you and your store.

From start to finish, my experience purchasing two king sized mattresses from Todd was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth, stress-free, and tailored to my needs. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different options available, patiently answering all my questions and helping me choose the perfect mattress for comfort and support. He took the time to understand my preferences and made thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. The entire transaction was seamless, and the delivery was prompt and hassle-free. I now have a mattress that has completely transformed my sleep quality. I couldn’t be happier with the product and the exceptional service I received. If you’re looking for a top-notch buying experience, I highly recommend working with Beds & More—you won’t be disappointed!
