Buyer beware! Trying to shop local business and have learned a lesson. My husband and I picked out a mattress off the showroom floor and placed an order and paid for. Delivery was scheduled. I was unable to be here, but my husband was home. The delivery man said that it was a new item he had not seen this one. As soon as I returned home and seen it. This was not the one we ordered. Different color, material, guilting, or texture of firm. I called the store and asked to speak with the sales person after a couple days. I tried again and sent an email with the pictures attached requesting a confirmation they had received which they responded with. The mattress we ordered is still on the sales floor, but yet they say they’re unable to order it. That we got the new model instead. He told me they were exactly the same except for a different material.. ??? I returned to the store a couple weeks later to talk in person. They informed me there was nothing they would do for it that that’s what they had to fill the order with. The model we purchased is still on the floor being used as a display for customers to place new orders. If they know it’s a new model they should have replaced the floor model instead I feel this is a bait and switch sales method. Just a heads up there’s no guarantee what you order will be what you get and they will not do anything about it!!! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I hope this does not happen to anyone else. Attached is pictures navy color is the one received light color quilted material is the one we ordered.

We bought a laz-y boy recliner and a couch from them. Within the first month the couch ripped twice and had to be replaced. Since then the frame on the recliner broke and almost tipped my husband and newborn out, it’s been such a headache he just fixed it himself. I’ve had to hand sew the ripped fabric of the recliner. Now, the couch has multiple rips in the area that was already replaced twice. For furniture that was almost $4,000 this should not be happening.

Great experience. Sales lady was very friendly and helpful and we got a great deal on a new bedroom set for our son. Glad we stopped here after being disappointed with prices and selection at other local stores.

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a $1500+ lift chair from them, picked it up myself. My mom who is disabled couldn't get into the chair at all, it sat up too high. I called to see if I could take it back the very next morning, and they told me no. No returns. My mom who's on a fixed income is now out $1500 for a lift chair she can't use. Thanks Belpre Furniture. That's pretty disgraceful and pathetic.

Stopped by after receiving a sales brochure. They had some sofas and recliners in stock and we wanted to actually see what we were getting. They have a huge selection. Our last furniture was from there. Clayton was our salesperson and was friendly and could answer our questions. I was amazed at the selection!
