Big Sandy Superstore

Christopher helped me find a new refrigerator. He listened to my requirements and walked me through many different options. He was very knowledgeable and I am very happy with my selection. Check out and loading was quit and easy. Thanks!

We enjoyed our shopping experience as our friendly knowledgeable salesman wasted no time guiding us to exactly what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable and very helpful and fun too! Ty #bigsandysuperstore

So far it was decent. Unfortunately l, when you first walk in you get the "car salesman" vibe. They all stand around and wait for the customer to walk in the door to pounce. We told them we were just walking around and looking. Well after 10 mins of a few couches in mind the sales associate came and found us. Asked if we had any questions which we had a ton now. He introduced himself Mark and he tried so hard to help us but unfortunately im a little picky. Fiance wanted leather and power. I wanted more softness, comfort and cloth fabric. We were nearing the end. I had a couple I liked but still wasnt calling to me. So Mark said come look at this one and tell me what you think. I sat down and was sold. It was the Campton in the orange and before I could even say it, he goes yes its in Grey. So we customized it to the pieces we needed and now I cant wait to move in to our new house with the best reading couch ever. Thank you Mark. But I did give it only 4 stars right now bc we havent had it delivered yet so that will be the true test.

The last time we visited Big Sandy was the absolute worst experience we ever had. We have not returned for approximately ten years because of it. Today we entered and were immediately greeted by Hailey. She is absolutely wonderful and very easy to talk to. We told her what we were looking for and she quickly showed us a few nice options. I will recommend Big Sandy easily to others and especially Hailey as a sales representative. Thank you for the great service and changing our attitude toward your store.
