We have been shopping for a new living room suit and decided to look at Ashley’s. Dawna B greeted us and showed us options. There was no pressure from her. She made the experience pleasant and easy!
View on GoogleCoach was wonderful helping me choose the best living room furniture. Very personable & any questions I asked, he was very knowledgable in answering them quickly. This is the second purchase he has helped with & both have been a great experience. Reach out to him for any household furniture items.
View on GoogleThis furniture shopping/purchasing experience was the best I’ve ever had. It started with a friendly greeting when I walked into the beautiful showroom, then having a great shopping experience and it ended with a white-glove delivery of my sofa. I worked with Linda to find a sofa for my she-cave in the basement. Linda is professional, very knowledgeable about the store products, and is very friendly & fun to work with. I have furniture size restrictions due to a narrow stairwell & low stairwell ceiling. While there were numerous sofas I loved, none of them would fit down the stairwell. Linda showed me options I wouldn’t have thought of and I purchased a sectional sofa. Today, my sofa was delivered and the delivery process was 5 Star!! The delivery crew was on time, covered my rugs in the foyer for protection and were extremely careful carrying the sections down to the basement. The men were professional, polite, & friendly. The delivery service was superb!!! Overall, a fabulous experience and my sofa looks fantastic in my she-cave. I highly recommend the Parkersburg Ashley Furniture store.
View on GoogleWe walked in just expecting to browse and walked away with a couch we absolutely loved! Dawna was an absolute joy to work with! Made everything easy for us while browsing, building the modular couch we wanted, and then financing! She was honest and you could tell she cared about hearing our needs and helping us find a product that fit our lifestyle! Will recommend her from here on out!
View on GoogleRick was great as always. He’s been selling to me for years. Always A+ service. However, I find it hard to understand that a company would charge a $49.99 transfer to store pick up fee, especially when I have to wait 3-4 weeks for it to be delivered to the store. Again, I want it known that Rick is the best salesman. He is very friendly, kind, and helpful.
