Customer Service: Need divine intervention. Purchased a dining room set where delivery was expected in one week and ended up getting item one month later. My issue is that no phone call was initiated at any point to alert me of delay. I was obliged to make several trips to store to get answers since no one was picking up the phone. Item purchased: Item is as expected . Very nice piece, no issues. I would only recommend that establishment to those who want to view certain Items on display but when making a purchase, be prepared to face aggravations.

Sold me a couch that was overpriced and fell apart in just a couple months. The manufacturer told me I needed to work directly with the store for the replacement part. Almost 2 months ago, they told me the part was ordered. I called them to follow up and see when to pick it up and they never put the claim in though I spoke with the manager directly. They told me they’d call me back never did. Both the customer service line as well as the actual store keep on telling me to call each other and no one’s able to fix my issues. Now I’m stuck with the $1300 couch that literally is sunken in and I’m going to have to dispute it with my bank.

I purchased a recliner on Monday and I was told that I can pick it up on Friday to have it delivered to my house I wanted it because it was a Mother’s Day gift and when I called them Friday waited all day. I did not receive a call from them as I was told. I was going to be receiving a telephone call to pick up my recliner. When I called the store, I was told that I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to have it delivered to the store and then pick it up. In the meantime I’ve already paid a man to have it picked up from the store on Friday as I was promised, it was going to be at the store . bad service I was gone into purchasing it because the delivery date was going to be fitting in with my schedule. The woman is not in that Sold Me the recliner so I cannot speak to anyone till Sunday. This is horrible. I will not receive my recliner before Mother’s Day. I will keep you updated with what happens right now I’m looking for getting a possibly refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they claim they don’t have any supervisors and the owner is not able to be contacted. Stay away from the store if you purchase your items and it cannot be delivered at the time that you want or when they promise you the Delivery, then you should not be able to buy To take your money and lie to you in this fashion, but they did. The workers claim they work for themselves and they do not have supervisors so they can do whatever they want. I don’t know what’s gonna happen. I’m still waiting till Sunday so that I can make my move and speak to the lady who sold me the furniture and see if I can have it delivered or I can pick it up by Monday of next week hopefully not in three weeks like they claim That he won’t be there till then.

Loved the furniture. Don’t get the warranty it’s a waste of money. They just keep pushing for a “technician” to come clean it which they do with a $40 furniture cleaner. Have a small tear? They’ll just put super glue on it. Save your money warranty is a scam!
