Best Buy Furniture

I came to Best Buy furniture, looking for a U-shaped sectional, and unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find anything in the store so I picked something out of the catalog and ordered online. To my surprise when the sofa was delivered, it was very flat and extremely uncomfortable. The cushions in the back were severely thin, and all of the cushions looked like they had been heavily used for a very long time yet the sofa was supposed to be brand new. After reaching out to the store, Eden and Jordan did a fantastic job rectifying the situation. When I went back to pick out a new sofa, I was assured that they were going to find me something that would exceed my expectations. I did explain that I would not be ordering out of a catalog, and I would only order something that I was able to sit on and check out that day. Jordan accommodated me by having workers unbox pieces of sectionals for me in the back, so I could try it out and be sure that I wasn’t ordering another bad sofa. Considering my initial bad experience, Jordan went out of his way to allow me to pick a sofa that was well over the initial price I had paid, and get something that I really love at no extra cost. Although I was concerned that I’d get stuck with a terrible sofa or receive bad communication from the store, they exceeded my expectations in the way they handled everything including the kind delivery drivers who were sent to take apart the old sofa and bring in the new one. What started as a bad experience, was quickly turned around to ensure I got something amazing for my apartment that I’m very happy with. My furniture was so much lower than when I went to Ashley and Raymour and Flanigan. It is the exact same set. The sales associate Jose as awesome, informative and I saved a crap load of money. He smelled really good if that's a plus. They also had a plethora of items so I will be back!
